- WORKSHOP SESSIONS
- There is no need to sign up ahead of time for your workshop sessions.
- Session schedules and materials will be available via SessionsLab.
- SESSIONS HANDOUTS

Speaker handouts will not be distributed at the conference, so be sure and download or print and bring presentations for the sessions you will be attending. Printers will not be available on-site. As speakers provide their handouts they will be available for downloading closer to the conference date.

- RCH DISTRIBUTION

If you are a FPC or CPP in need of RCH's don't forget to pick your certificate up at the end of the conference at the registration table!

- ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
- Lanyards and badge identification MUST be worn at ALL TIMES for admittance to workshops, the exhibit hall and any other conference events.
- The Thursday Night Event includes dinner and is included with a conference ticket.
- Please be sure to dress in layers (temperature may vary in each room) and wear comfortable shoes.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 9/21/2026 the conference fee is refundable, less a $25 administrative fee. Since we must commit to the hotel, no refunds will be given after 9/21/2026. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.

By registering for our events, you are granting permission to photograph you and publish photos in our publications, social media, website, and marketing materials. In addition, by attending or speaking at this conference, you are granting permission to make your contact information available to attending vendors and sponsors who may choose to market their products and services to you via e-mail, fax, telephone, mail, or other means.
